1. Our services and products

The Moon Experience offers two main activities:

Astronomy evenings: private guided telescope observations, notably for hotels, premium establishments, companies and private events.

Eclipse glasses: presentation and supply of glasses for observing solar eclipses, notably to pharmacies, opticians, hospitality venues and other professionals.

2. Requesting a quotation

Visitors can request information or a quotation using the website contact form, email or WhatsApp. Each enquiry is assessed according to the service, requested quantities, date, location and any special requirements. Professional eclipse-glasses orders start at 200 pairs.

3. No online orders or payments

The Moon Experience website currently has no online ordering or payment functionality. Submitting a form or message therefore does not constitute an order, confirmed booking or contractual acceptance by MOBIKAP. Specific terms are set out in the correspondence and contractual documents provided to the customer.

4. Prices and availability

Any website prices are presented subject to their stated conditions and commercial periods. Final prices, product availability, delivery charges and arrangements, or service terms are specified before an order is concluded and may vary over time. Quotations specify their period of validity and applicable financial terms.

5. Contractual terms

All orders and bookings are subject to the contractual terms provided before their conclusion. These may cover payment, delivery, changes, cancellation and applicable guarantees. Consumer customers receive the information and rights required under the French Consumer Code where legally applicable.
